Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier and retaining all packaging materials and damaged items for inspection.
