RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All products purchased from www.toobastudio.store can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by calling at 0332-9948844 in case you want to raise a dispute.  

In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to www.toobastudio.store within 7 days of purchase. Upon receipt, www.toobastudio.store shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Product is damaged because of use.
  • Product has been tampered.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and freebies.

How does Return or Exchange process work? 
Simply WhatsApp us at 0332-9948844 and request for an exchange/return, and we will guide you through the process. Kindly do mention your Order Number in the email.

How do I send the item back? 
Once your request has been approved, you will simply courier it back to us. Don’t worry; we will share the details with you when you message us.

Will the shipping cost also be refunded? 
We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:
If the item was damaged when received by the customer.
If the wrong item was delivered.
If promotional free shipping is being offered.
In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

Is there an alternate option? 
Yes. You can simply visit Tooba Studio and purchase something else for the same amount. Please take your original receipt with you and settle the balance at the same time.

Does this apply to items I bought on sale as well? 
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

What if I just want to cancel my order? 
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at info@toobastudio.store or message on 0332-9948844. Please contact our Customer Care for more details. 

Please Note:

  • Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
  • Tags and labels must be intact.
  • Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.
  • Inter-brand exchange is not allowed.
